Window Overview

Regency vinyl awning windows are top hinged windows that provide worry free ventilation even while it rains. The unique style of the awning window provides an unobstructed view, much like that of a picture window, making it an ideal window replacement over the kitchen sink. The low profile locking latch and folding handle are located at the bottom of the window for easy operation. Regency vinyl awning windows are available in 26 exterior designer colors and are available in single and multi-wide window units, or can be stacked in combination with Regency vinyl picture windows.

Standard Features

Fully welded sash and frames, interior full screens, color matched compact folding handle, 7/8" insulating glass with Solar Ban® Low-E glass and warm edge spacer.

Options

Thermal panels, seacoast hardware package, egress hardware, brass-tone & brushed nickel locks, foam insulated frames. Also available as new construction units.

Glazing Options

Solar Ban® Low E/Argon, Double Solar Ban® Low E/Argon, Triple Glazed Double Solar Ban® Low E/Argon, obscure or bronze tint, special tempered glazing.

Colors

White, Almond and Bronze are standard colors. An additional 23 custom exterior colors are available to suit your style and home.

Grid Options

• Between Glass Grids available in: Colonial, Diamond, and Prairie style patterns, or Custom Order (create your own grid pattern) configurations.
• Simulated Divided Grids available in: Colonial, Diamond, and Prairie style patterns. Includes non-removable interior and exterior vinyl grids combined with between glass grid.
• Decorative Pencil Grids: Between glass Brass-Tone or Brushed Nickel in Colonial, Diamond, and Prairie style patterns.

Mulled Units

Regency Awning windows can be made up to 3 units wide and stacked up to 3 units high. Also available in fixed picture window over awning(s).
