10 Easy Steps Towards A Successful Project

The steps below were created to give you a clear roadmap of your project and ensure you are informed and comfortable at all times.

1. Fill Out The Form

We’d love to hear your thoughts on your perfect home! Fill out our form and tell us what improvements you’d like to see. We’ll get back to you with a phone consultation to go over your project’s details.

2. Phone Consultation

We’ll follow up with you as soon as possible to talk about your upcoming project. We’ll discuss your details, your budget, and possible timelines for the design and build.

3. On-Site Consultation

At the on-site consultation, we’ll do an on-site walkthrough where we inspect your home and the project area and discuss your thoughts and ideas. The on-site consultation comes with a $500 fee, which is considered a deposit towards your final cost if you choose to go with us.

4. Signing The Contract

We discuss your budget, timeline, and the materials needed for your project’s construction. When you are comfortable with all the details, we’ll sign the contract.

5. Protect your home and the work site

We take all necessary steps to protect your house from dust, debris, and dirt – and will clean the work area so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

6. Pre-Job Walkthrough

We’ll do one more pre-job walkthrough with you to confirm all specifics of your project and the steps necessary to achieve your improved home.

7. We Get To Work

We start building in accordance with the agreed timeline. Our priority is to do a perfect job while answering your questions every step of the way.

8. Post-Job Walkthrough

After the project is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough to show you your finished project. Our experts will communicate all steps taken towards upgrading your home.

9. 5-Year Labor Warranty

Our work features a five-year warranty on labor and an additional manufacturer warranty on materials. If any problem pops up, we do a quick inspection to determine if the warranty covers it. If it does, you can expect us to be at your home as soon as possible and address the issue immediately.

10. Quality Checks

We have a 3-day and 3-month follow-up process where we get in touch with you to ensure you are enjoying our work. After 12 months, we’ll return to your place to inspect everything one more time and make sure everything is in perfect shape.

Aleta Bezanson

5/5

One of the best contractors I have done business with. I had all the windows replaced in my house along with the exterior/interior window trim, as well as a bay window installed. All of my questions were answered promptly and the crew that performed the installation was friendly and professional. The windows look great and I am extremely satisfied with how the project turned out!!

Extremely satisfied. I had 2 screens repaired in 2 days when they estimated a week to complete the job. I opted for the stronger material to deter my feline friend from damaging them again. Time will tell. I would definitely return if I had more work that needed to be done.
